I had a very good experience with them. They handled my order very well kasi hindi lahat ng stocks on hand so I need to wait pa. When it comes to customer service very good din. Nasasagot nila ung mga questions and knowledgable. Well packed and safe ung aking unit pagdating sa bahay! Thank you!

I’m leaving 5 stars for a good overall experience. My order arrived without any issues, and I’m happy with my purchase. Communication could be improved as there were a few times when responses were delayed but aside from that, everything went without problems.

Their staff is super friendly, especially Ms. Bea she assisted me from the moment I inquired all the way to the build quotation. They reply super fast, too! I'll definitely have them do another build for me soon.

Okay yung customer service nila.

Maganda yung price nila and usually mas mura compared sa ibang stores. 👍

Plus points din sa customer service nila, mabilis magreply and very accommodating kahit marami kang tanong. Madali rin mag-inquire about stocks, prices, and PC builds.

Overall, good experience! Affordable na, maayos pa kausap. Definitely babalik ulit ako sa Netcodex. 👌

I’ve had a really good experience with Netcodex.ph. The staff are friendly and helpful, and their parts are very affordable. I’ll definitely come back and recommend them to my friends!

Had a really good experience! The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and easy to talk to. The price is also reasonable and definitely worth it for the service. Highly recommended!
