2. What Personal Data We Collect and Why
a. Order & Transaction Information When you purchase products from our store, we collect the following information to process and fulfill your order:

c. Media If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
d. Contact Forms If you contact us via our site forms for support or PC building inquiries, we retain your email address and the content of your message to respond to your inquiry efficiently.

Payment Processors: We accept payments via Xendit, PayPal, GCash, and Credit/Debit Cards. We do not store your full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers.
Logistics Partners: To deliver your PC or components, we must share your Name, Shipping Address, and Phone Number with our courier partners, including LBC, Grab, and Lalamove.
Password Resets: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
5. How Long We Retain Your Data
Order Records: We keep order records indefinitely for tax compliance, warranty verification, and customer service history.
Accounts: For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Comments: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
