The thermal solution is further enhanced by a vertical heatsink design featuring precisely spaced fins and four 6φ nickel-plated copper heatpipes that span the PCB, optimizing heat dispersion from the VRAM and GPU to the cooling array.
Triple-Ring Fan Design and Silent Operation
The Hellhound employs a Triple-Ring Fan design utilizing exclusive 9-blade fans that increase airflow while minimizing noise. These fans are mounted on premium Japanese dual ball bearings, which drastically reduce rotational friction and extend the lifespan of the cooling system. To maintain a silent environment, the Intelligent Fan Control system utilizes a precise temperature sensor to stop the fans completely when the GPU temperature drops below 50°C, providing zero-decibel silence during multimedia and light workloads. The fans only engage when the temperature exceeds 60°C, ensuring cooling is applied only when necessary.
Premium Build Quality and DrMOS Power

The card features a robust 10-layer high-thermal conductivity PCB with a 2oz power layer to ensure signal stability during high-frequency transmission. Power delivery is managed by a high-efficiency DrMOS power module in a 5+1 phase configuration for the GPU and a dedicated 2+1 phase for memory.
