Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeframes
- Same-Day Delivery: Orders marked for same-day delivery will be received on the same day once shipped.
- Standard Delivery:
- Metro Manila: 2–3 business days
- Provincial areas: 5–15 business days
- Please note that Netcodex has no control over the exact delivery time once the package is handed over to the courier. We will, however, make every effort to expedite or follow up if needed.
Courier Handling & Liability
- Once an order has been turned over to the courier, Netcodex is not liable for any delays, loss, or damages.
- To safeguard your purchase, we strongly recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout.
- In case of issues, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve them and guide you through the insurance claim and replacement process.
Delivery Attempts & Return-to-Sender
If no one is available to receive the package at the time of delivery, the buyer will be responsible for:
- The Return-to-Sender (RTS) cost, and
- The re-shipment fee for the item.
If you are unable to personally receive your order, please ensure that an authorized representative is available with the following:
- A signed authorization letter, and
- A valid government-issued ID for verification.
To avoid additional charges and delays, kindly make sure that someone is available to receive your shipment at the delivery address. If the courier contacts you via call or message, please coordinate with them directly to arrange a more convenient delivery date or time.
Tracking Your Order

Delivery Conditions
- Deliveries may be delayed due to:
- Undesirable weather conditions
- Unforeseen events or courier limitations
- Netcodex will keep you informed and do everything possible to deliver your order at the soonest possible time.
Shipping Address & Accuracy
- Please provide your accurate and complete delivery address, including your Barangay, to avoid issues during delivery.

- Your address and contact details are stored securely and used solely for delivery purposes.
Defective on Arrival (DOA)
We take great care in testing and packing, but if your item is found to be defective within 7 days of receipt/delivert:
- Shipping Coverage: Netcodex will shoulder the transport costs to have the defective unit returned and the replacement sent back to you.
- Standard Warranty: For defects occurring after the initial 7-day period, the customer is responsible for all shipping and transport costs associated with the warranty claim.
- Procedure: You must report the defect to our technical team via [Live Chat/Contact Page] within the 7-day window to qualify for store-shouldered shipping.
Receiving Your Order
- Upon delivery, please:
- Check that all items are complete and in good condition.
- Sign the delivery note to acknowledge receipt before handing it back to our logistics partner.
