3. Compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility and is notcovered by warranty.

4. NetcodeX will assist the customer in claiming themanufacturer warranty. NetcodeX does not make any guarantee, claims orassurances regarding any manufacturer warranty. NetcodeX does not make anyguarantee, claim or assurance as to how long the process of claiming on themanufacturer warranty will take.
