The ZOTAC GeForce RTX 4090 AMP Extreme AIRO Graphics Card is a powerful gaming solution built on the Ada Lovelace architecture. It is designed to deliver top-of-the-line performance for 8K gaming and high frame rates, with real-time ray tracing and AI capabilities that enhance your gaming experience. With 24GB of GDDR6X VRAM and a 384-bit memory interface, it delivers improved performance and power efficiency compared to the previous Ampere-based generation.
The card’s front panel features a range of outputs, including DisplayPort 1.4a and HDMI 2.1, which supports up to 48 Gb/s bandwidth and higher resolutions and refresh rates of up to 8K @ 60 fps, 4K @ 120 fps, and even up to 10K. Additionally, the RTX 4090 is equipped with 16384 cores that can be utilized by computationally intensive programs to accelerate tasks using CUDA and other APIs.
To ensure optimal cooling, ZOTAC implemented the IceStorm 3.0 advanced cooling system. It features triple 110mm fans with wide curved blades that maximize airflow and air pressure. The fan height is significantly increased to improve airflow, and a deeper fan shroud design generates a more focused airstream intake. The heat sink is larger, with an aluminum fin stack and nine precision-machined copper heat pipes that are vertically laid out to increase surface contact with the GPU. A custom vapor chamber hovers over the base of the heat sink, and the nickel-plated copper plate spreads heat evenly across the entire surface area for improved cooling performance. SPECTRA 2.0 provides dynamic RGB lighting that you can customize using the ZOTAC GAMING FireStorm software.
